Nature Walks

Hiking is such an active, yet calm activity to do. You can get a good work out in by climbing up rocks, following treacherous paths, and exploring roads never crossed. At the same time, you  can admire the surroundings and  animals in the environment.

Stop for a second and listen. Can hear the leaves moving in the wind and wild life thriving?Go outside, take a walk around, and try to notice the little things in your area.
