Laugh a Little

Growing up I was told that laughter is the best medicine and I easily realized it was true.

My friends and I had decided to have a sleepover, so we all went over to one of my friend’s house. Throughout the night, we could not stop laughing and cracking jokes at each other. The best kind of laughter is when you are laughing so hard that there is no laugh even coming out, but the gasping of air trying to come in.

It is one of the greatest feelings to laugh until you cry. If you have experienced this, then you know how great the joke must have been.

Not only does laughter make you feel good, but it is actually good for you to do. Many sources say that laughter lowers blood pressure,improves cardiac health, reduces stress, it even works your abs! There are several other advantages to laughter, and who knew that something so simple yet so fun could benefit you in numerous life  altering ways.
